There&#39;s always a chance the full circuit will, in fact, overturn the three-judge panel.  Really small, but still a finite chance.<br \/>2. There&#39;s always a chance that the full circuit will rule more expansively than the narrow ruling now in effect, increasing the chances of a SCOTUS overturn.<br \/>3. It delays the Awful Horrible Dire Abominable Apocalyptic Day of DOOOOOM in California.<br \/>4.
