A lot of websites are writing about leap day today. Duh. And most are giving the basics: a year is 365.25 days, so every four years we add a day, blah blah blah. <\/p>\n

BUT<\/b>, that's not the whole story. A year is actually 365.2421904<\/b> days, and that shortage of 0.0078096 days (just 11 minutes) turn out to be important! And if you do the math, you can figure out all<\/i> the leap year rules.<\/p>\n
