Duh. And most are giving the basics: a year is 365.25 days, so every four years we add a day, blah blah blah. <\/p>\n<p><b>BUT<\/b>, that&#39;s not the whole story. A year is actually <b>365.2421904<\/b> days, and that shortage of 0.0078096 days (just 11 minutes) turn out to be important! And if you do the math, you can figure out <i>all<\/i> the leap year rules.<\/p>\n<p>Wanna see that math? ALL the math? Sure you do!
