There are a lot of greedy, stupid people out there. Indeed, greed can make you stupid. \ncontractors are now coming for their payments, we now
\nrequired a reliable and trustworthily person, whom
\nwill be use as a sub-contractor and claim the over
\ninvoiced amount of US$15.5 Million, which has also
\nbeen approved for payment and use his foreign account
\ntransfer this fund from the paying bank here in
\nAbidjan, this necessitated my contacting you.
\nBe informed that my colleagues and I have maped out
\nall the necessary modalities towards the claim of this
\nfund, but due to our position we do not want to be
