Imagine that.<\/p>\n<p><small>(via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.instapundit.com\/archives\/003536.php#003536\">Instapundit<\/a>)<\/small><\/p>\n<p>I know the new sulfur requirements are on the boards nationwide &#8212; my company will likely be involved in some of the refinery retrofitting needed.
