Almost half of Americans (1,000 folks surveyed, margin +\/- 3%) think <a href=\"http:\/\/story.news.yahoo.com\/news?tmpl=story&#038;u=\/ap\/20020830\/ap_to_po\/first_amendment_poll_3\">the First Amendment goes too far<\/a> in the rights it guarantees.<\/p>\n<p>Oops.  Can I say that?<\/p>\n<p>Mercifully, the Founders made it tough to amend the Constitution &#8212; not impossible, but tough.
