I don’t really <\/i>think that certain individuals <\/a>should require training, an exam, approval by a review board, and a license in order to marry, procreate, or even just hang together.<\/p>\n

But I swear to God, sometimes<\/a> it sure seems like that would make sense.<\/p>\n
