Is it a small world? In how many miles of space do you live your life?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>On a fairly regular basis I travel maybe 40 miles N-S, 25 miles E-W.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, with a frequency that would amaze folks of generations past, we hop on a plane and visit our parents in California.  Amazing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Twosome. <i>Spiral<\/i>. Ever felt as if you were on a downward spiral? How did you pull out of it?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yup.  Been some times, going about ten years back.  I &#8220;pulled out&#8221; by just plodding through, doing what I needed to, and staying up really late at night.<\/p>\n<p><b>Threesome. <i>Notebook<\/i>.
