An interesting look at what a good wedding photographer charges … and why.<\/p>\n

I have no idea what our professional photographer (plus assistant) cost. \u00a0I do know I've attended weddings where, as a friend, I was the (or one of the) photog or videographer. And I did my best, and hopefully the bride and groom still enjoy their photos …<\/p>\n

But I don't begin to pretend that I'm a professional in that way, any more than I'm a professional web page designer or sommelier or voice artist or any number of other amateur pursuits I have. \u00a0<\/p>\n

If you want a professional, you have to pay, because the cost almost certainly got to more than just the X hours that you see them standing there doing their thing.<\/p>\n
