I’m shocked, shocked I tell you, to discover that Qwest, the lowest-service, sleaziest-business of the Baby Bells (and, yes, I know they are not technically a Baby Bell, but work with me here), teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, is now reporting that, yup, their accounting practices were just a wee <\/i>bit out of tune<\/a>, to something a bit over a billion dollars in the last year.<\/p>\n

Shocked.<\/p>\n
