History will be extremely unkind to Justice Scalia, between his dubious reasoning and his outspoken behavior that would lead to ethics charges being filed for anyone but a SCOTUS justice.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, he's only 77, and, judgment of history aside, it seems like he still has plenty of time to hurt the court, and the country.<\/p><\/div>\n
