I strongly suspect, given that this was a unanimous<\/i> opinion, that there is more to it than the circumstances that Ars Technica notes (including the plaintiffs in the case) which demonstrate how awful a ruling this is. \u00a0But it is certainly in keeping with one thread of judicial and social thought that considers individuals as citizens of individual states, vs. citizens of a society and a nation.<\/div>\n
