I’m home with Kitten this morning, as Margie braves the snow on the way to work. Well, that’s a bit hyperbolic — the roads looked damped, but little actually sticking to them. But that gave me a chance to be exposed to Kitten’s early morning process — a lengthy period of babbling and talking to herself in some sort of audible monolog of playing with he stuffed animals (and at least one loud call for “Doyce!”), followed by her coming into the room and playing games with Mommy.<\/p>\n
She was surprised to find Daddy in bed, too. Much giggly fun ensued.<\/p>\n
Once Mommy had left for work, Daddy was faced with insistent demands to go out and play with “snowball!” So Daddy let her, and there was much fun, until Daddy decided that was Long Enough and it was Time to Come In, Lest Ye Get Cold.<\/p>\n
Much boo-hooing ensued.<\/p>\n
Just another day in Paradise.<\/p>\n

\nKATHERINE: (Points) There!
