It's something funny and ridiculous, and it has to do with medical care, so why wouldn't "Dr. Paul" use it to lambaste Obamacare.<\/p>\n

Problem is, it has nothing to do with Obamacare, and was actually mandated by the George W. Bush administration. \u00a0But, hey, don't let actual, y'know, facts<\/i> get in the way of a GOP speech soundbite and some coverage in that bastion of journalism, The Daily Mail.<\/i><\/p>\n
