A \u2605\u2605\u2605 review of The World Is Not Enough (1999)<\/a>
\n Pierce Brosnan played Bond longer than I usually remember, probably because his later films tend toward feeling very conventional. Despite the attempt to make Bond a bit more edgy, there’s still the more-than-occasional excessive absurdity and Bond bon mots that make the movie feel far less serious than it could be otherwise.
