{"id":38577,"date":"2013-08-27T05:14:42","date_gmt":"2013-08-27T11:14:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2013\/08\/27\/prayer-in-school.html"},"modified":"2013-08-27T05:14:42","modified_gmt":"2013-08-27T11:14:42","slug":"prayer-in-school","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2013\/08\/27\/prayer-in-school.html","title":{"rendered":"Prayer in School"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gpb-content\">It&#39;s ironic to me that the folks most likely to kvetch about all those worthless teachers and teachers unions are the ones who will then turn around and demand those teachers should be able to lead their students in prayer.<\/p>\n<p>Let me say, as a parent and as a Christian, <i>I don&#39;t want my daughter&#39;s teacher or her principal or her classmates leading her in prayer in school<\/i> &#8212; including what someone else might consider &quot;good Christian prayer&quot; or else some watered-down pablum generic invocation.
