Bush &#8212; has upheld the Obama Administration&#39;s rules to require free insurance coverage of birth control. She ruled that corporations are not the same as the person who owns them (the very basis for creating a corporation), so compelling a corporation to do something was not the same as compelling a person to do so, especially in the field of religion.
