So says the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Mike Rogers. \u00a0You may laugh (I certainly did), but that's not all that different from court rulings about "standing" — SCOTUS has repeatedly thrown out suits against security and surveillance programs because the folks suing couldn't prove that they were, themselves, surveilled.<\/p>\n

So, huzzah! The NSA is reading someone's<\/i> email, but if you don't know it's yours, don't worry your pretty head about it! \u00a0And if you happen to have photos of Rep. Rogers making nookie with his wife (or someone else), go ahead and send them around — I'm sure he won't care unless he finds out about it.<\/div>\n
