It’s This-or-That Tuesday<\/a>:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. Soup or salad?<\/b> I usually choose salad when eating out, since I probably don’t eat enough greens. But I really like most soups.<\/p>\n

2. Hot or cold sandwiches?<\/b> I don’t eat too many hot sandwiches (aside from burgers), but I prefer them to the cold kind.<\/p>\n

3. White or whole wheat bread (or rye, etc)?<\/b> I like rye, or whole wheat, or sourdough, or almost anything better than white bread.<\/p>\n

4. Pack a lunch for work\/school, or buy it? <\/b> I usually buy lunch.<\/p>\n

5. If you eat out…fast-food chain, or mom & pop type place?<\/b> I like predictability, unless I’m someplace where I’m trying to suck in the culture.<\/p>\n

6. Tuna or chicken salad?<\/b> “Ah, no thank you, I’m fine.”<\/p>\n

7. Cheese: Swiss or cheddar (or American, etc)?<\/b> I prefer hard cheeses to soft. I like Swiss, Provalone, Mozarella, Asiago, etc. The only thing I put American Cheese Food Product on is toasted cheese sandwiches.<\/p>\n

8. Mustard or mayo?<\/b> Mustard, definito<\/i>. As Margie puts it, “He’s not into Food Lubricants.”<\/p>\n

9. Sandwiches: wrap\/pita pocket, or regular bread\/roll?<\/b> Bread, please.<\/p>\n

10. Sweet stuff: cookie\/cake or fresh fruit?<\/b> Mmmmmmm. Cookies …<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
