Opponents of the ACA have promulgated this narrative that before Obamacare health insurance was stable and rates \u00a0were reasonable and nobody ever had any cause (let alone requirement) to change their health insurance coverage. \u00a0It was never that way, of course, but overreaching promises to get the ACA passed have given those opponents ammunition to use on behalf of folks with short memories.\ufeff<\/p><\/div>\n
