{"id":4027,"date":"2003-02-25T15:00:27","date_gmt":"2003-02-25T20:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/wp\/?p=4027"},"modified":"2014-11-10T15:49:17","modified_gmt":"2014-11-10T22:49:17","slug":"color_commentar-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2003\/02\/25\/color_commentar-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Color commentary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court has agreed that <a title=\"High court supports jury bias claim\" href=\"http:\/\/www.msnbc.com\/news\/877095.asp?0na=x2302BT5J\">you can&#8217;t stack the jury<\/a> with whites, even if you think blacks will be more sympathetic to the accused &#8212; and if there&#8217;s evidence that you have, that&#8217;s valid grounds for a defendent&#8217;s appeal.<\/p>\n<p>Well, <i>duh.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Another example of why I&#8217;ve lost faith in capital punishment in this country.
