This is where our big family\/friend campout (50-70 people) has been for the last decade or so &#8212; but not this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All that area from the white shoreline band to the foreground <i>should<\/i> be full of water. Between drought\/record lack of rain in California (the lake has gotten 3\/4&quot; of rain YTD, vs normally getting 4.5&quot; by this time of year), and having to draw water off from this lake vs. the nearby one that had problems with its hydroelectric dam, San Antonio is pretty much out of business as a rec area for the time being.
