{"id":41129,"date":"2014-02-17T14:08:26","date_gmt":"2014-02-17T21:08:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2014\/02\/17\/phonequest-continues.html"},"modified":"2014-02-17T14:08:26","modified_gmt":"2014-02-17T21:08:26","slug":"phonequest-continues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2014\/02\/17\/phonequest-continues.html","title":{"rendered":"PhoneQuest Continues!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"gpb-content\">I&#39;ve gone ahead and ordered the Moto X. \u00a0The design-your-own store is pretty cool, though the integration between Verizon and Motorola was not as clean as it should have been (at one point Motorola lost track that it was a Verizon upgrade and went charging ahead as though it was a brand new phone), and Motorola really needs to learn how the concept of the &quot;cart&quot; should work (at one point I had two phones being ordered, and no obvious way to change that without abandoning the whole transaction).<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, as had been pointed out previously, upgrading your Verizon phone on a line with an unlimited data plan loses said plan. Oh, well. For the same price I look to be getting more data than I&#39;m currently actually using, so that&#39;s not a huge thing.
