By and large, I'm more than happy with this. The current rules under the FLSA are set way too low in salary ($24K) and for hourly staff let a company use any minor amount of supervision time as a way to exempt folks.<\/p>\n

My only concern is that the standards be crystal clear. Having gone through exercises where we tried to figure out whether people were\u00a0 exempt or non-exempt employee, it can be \u00a0more than a little difficult, even trying to do the right thing.\ufeff<\/p><\/div>\n
