Took these photos in Pasadena this week, along Colorado Blvd (yes, right where the Rose Parade goes along). Four of the traffic signal boxes have been decorated with quotations about free speech from\u00a0George Washington, Frederick Douglass, Potter Stewart, and Eleanor Roosevelt. \u00a0It's an art piece called "Utility" by Susan Silton (2011), sponsored by the Playhouse District Association.<\/p>\n
