The Voice of America is working with a leading anti-censorship activist to develop easy-to-use, easy-to-install circumvention web server<\/a> software package. The target is China, which routinely blocks whatever web sites it feels are a threat. But it could also work elsewhere.<\/p>\n

Including, ironically, as a way for people to circumvent site blocking software at home, in libraries, or (ahem) at work.<\/p>\n
