I was seriously flashing back to Scotty in <i>Star Trek IV<\/i> (1986) being introduced to a Macintosh.<\/p>\n<p>2. I love the ironic cassette tape on the one kid&#39;s t-shirt.<\/p>\n<p>3. When I was the age of these kids, I would have killed someone with a large rock for an Apple II. And then the FBI would have swooped down and stolen it from me as some wildly advanced (possibly alien or Russian) technology. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. So I have to wonder\u00a0what kids <i>forty years from now<\/i> will think about the idea of a smartphone you have to <i>carry<\/i> and <i>charge<\/i> and use a <i>teeny-tiny built-in screen<\/i> to see things on it and\u00a0tap or type in messages and that only has 1\/800th the computing power of a Pingguo G47a neural implant? \u00a0I mean, that&#39;s just <i>CRAZY!<\/i>\ufeff<\/div>\n<div class='gpb-video'><iframe type='text\/html' width='100%' height='385' src='https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PF7EpEnglgk' frameborder='0'><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p class='gpb-links' style='clear:both;'> <a class='gpb-linkback' href='https:\/\/plus.google.com\/101083456815352083930\/posts\/4wDcCBNiHFm' target='_new'>View this post on Google+<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before muttering about whippersnappers getting off my lawn, three observations: 1.
