That doesn&#39;t strike me as a positive thing, and I think it would give most folks of mainstream political stripes pause.<\/p>\n<p>(As a side note, though it&#39;s only mentioned in passing: in my opinion, NDAs by public agencies with private vendors should <i>not<\/i> trump FOIA laws.
