Went to the 2014 Colorado Renaissance Festival (http:\/\/coloradorenaissance.com\/<\/a>) yesterday with +<\/span>Margie Kleerup<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and +<\/span>Kay Hill<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(as well as +<\/span>Stan Pedzick<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and +<\/span>Mary Oswell<\/a><\/span>). \u00a0It's been years since the family went (2002), and we had a great time, picked up some swag, enjoyed the shows, and etc. etc. etc.<\/p>\n

The weather was also a big advantage — warm, but not hot, with frequent overcast helping the tree cover at the faire. It was one of those rare visits where I didn't feel pity for the folks in full costume and armor.<\/p>\n

The Colorado RenFest runs until early August. Huzzah!\ufeff<\/p><\/div>\n
