Not quite sure what's wrong with the previous version — but I suppose there's a lot of things one could do with the source material beyond the animated feature Disney did some decades back. And, heck, Jon Favreau makes it worth a look-see anyway.<\/p>\n

Looking at the list of talent voicing the animals, there are a lot of stars there. Which is fine, though it reminds me again why I didn't seriously consider getting into voice work — these days, the vast majority of high-profile jobs go to actors from the live action world.<\/p>\n
