I'm usually kind of leery of broad generational characterizations, but this seems to ring true. What's interesting here is that it's not just a policy matter, but a style<\/i> matter:\u00a0the pounding-shoe-on-the-table red meat dog whistle drama llamas on the Right may turn their base on, but they turn millennials (again, as a generalization) off<\/i> … something the Left needs to worry about, too.<\/p>\n

(Though I'm far from a millennial, I know that I get exceedingly<\/i> tired of sound-bite end-of-the-world act-now-against-the-OUTRAGE messaging from some of the Left, esp. folks peppering my email for donations. \u00a0I get the same kind of emails from the Right, but then they're just funny.)\ufeff<\/div>\n
