Can someone point me to something that actually explains what, legally, the House of Representatives is filing suit over? With what standing? To what actual end? \u00a0I mean, what court are they going into, and what result are they actually seeking?<\/p>\n

Or, like their health care reform alternative, are they just posturing while (still) trying to figure out a concrete proposal?<\/p>\n

(Also, has there been any similar law suit ever filed by Congress against a President? Doesn't that represent a breach of the separation of powers? And is anyone else amused at the irony of Republicans, who usually critique Democrats for seeking from the courts what they can't get at the ballot box … seeking from the courts what they can't get at the ballot box?)<\/p>\n
