What’s in a name? Not much, until someone says you can’t change it.<\/b>See, this is just silly. It’s one thing for Nebraska to say that it doesn’t recognize same-sex marriages in terms of benefits and the like, but to ignore an out-of-state birth certificate as a legitimate document for changing a name on a drivers license is just plain dumb. Or Incredibly petty. Especially where she has other ID (a passport) and other state registration using her married name.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
