Treating them as &#8220;students&#8221; that are just playing for &#8220;the love of the game,&#8221; while the NCAA makes millions and college coaches rake in massive salaries and universities depend on sports revenue &#8212; well, it&#8217;s both absurd and patently unfair.Of course, I&#8217;d rather universities were actually all about, y&#8217;know, <i>education,<\/i> not having the best sportsball teams.
