Denver Water is lifting watering restrictions<\/a> as of 1 October.<\/p>\n

I dunno. I’m philosophically annoyed by the “nanny state,” but I’m also thinking that the more we get used to at least some modicum of water restrictions (e.g., three times per week), the better we’ll handle future shortages caused by growth.<\/p>\n
