This year, that&#39;s been almost 30,000 to date. It&#39;s enough to drive one to drink &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>No, but seriously, it&#39;s got to be a thankless job, given the (presumed) parameters he has to work with as far as having labels not be misleading as to contents, assert medical benefits, promote drug use or drunkenness &#8212; all of which seem fairly straightforward parameters in theory but in effect are highly subjective.
