Okay, so I have absolutely no skin in this game (and enough ignorance of the subject to probably mangle my vocabulary), but apparently there is a lively subculture of e-cigarette users that "roll their own" or make use of alternatively sourced cartridges \/ refills, rather than buying them from the Big Tobacco companies.<\/p>\n

Not surprisingly, Big Tobacco isn't particularly happy about this, and are seeking to get the practice made illegal … for the sake of "Public Safety" and "the Children," of course.<\/p>\n
