"Fortunately" in that I'm glad, amidst the other tragedies of the day, there was no reason for Lt. Penney's name to be known and remembered at the time. But it's still a moving story.<\/p>\n

With all the maudlin remembrances of 9\/11 yesterday, here's one story about it that's never been told before. Fortunately, she didn't have to do what she set out to do, but it's amazing that she never questioned her need to do it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
