The problem with "sin tax" propositions (as we can see with the existing casino towns) is that it turns a pure business proposition into a tangle of interests. If you zap the business of the existing casinos, it doesn't just affect them but all the things they fund by law. <\/p>\n

Ditto with Amendment 68. If in the future, having a monopolistic casino near Denver becomes seen as a bad idea, getting rid of it will be tough because "think of the children" and all that school funding that will be lost. <\/p>\n

That seems as good an idea as any to vote No.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
