While setting up appointments for phone calls in Outlook is a truly fine idea, and it’s great to go to all the detail of identifying a good time in the calendar, noting the names and purpose of the call in the “Subject” field, entering the phone number to be dialed in the “Where” field, choosing the correct background color for the appointment to be like your other phonecons, defining the recurrence of the call on the particular screen for that, and all that swell stuff …<\/p>\n
