I mean, there\u2019s plentiful food and drink, good company, realms of wonder for Katherine to explore, and a strange, timeless, sense where days rolls by in a quiet, busy blur, and where worldly responsibilities seem to fade in importance \u2026 <br \/>\n\u2026 until you wake up, like Rip Van Winkle, and twenty years have passed, and all those things you promised yourself you\u2019d work on during your vacation remain undone. Eep!<\/p>\n<p>This is actually going to be a working vacation for part of the time, so I know there will be at least some opportunities to post here.  And I can make use of my inlaws&#8217; computer &#8212; when I think of it and when it&#8217;s not occupied by an inlaw, wife, or daughter.
