Karl Rove, of all people, has been telling Republicans for quite some time that if they are going to long-term find the "Obamacare is EVIL!" party line successful, they will need to come up with a plausible alternative that satisfies the populace. <\/p>\n

The GOP has quietly ignored him, since actually deciding on an alternative is (a) hard, (b) admitting that the status quo ante<\/i> was no good, and (c) challenging to find a broad consensus across the zany wings of the Republican party.<\/p>\n

The problem is, time may be running out for those excuses, be it a conservative "victory" in King v. Burwell<\/i> or else the 2016 elections themselves.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
