You dig a small hole, squat over it, do your doody, then wipe with a minimal amount of toilet paper. Drop paper in hole. Cover hole with dirt. Leave. <\/p>\n

At no point is fire ever involved. <\/p>\n

The entire line of thinking here is weird. He set the poopy toilet paper on fire, rather than litter. Dude, you just shit on the side of the road without burying it. A little biodegradable toilet paper is not littering if you're pooping correctly.<\/p>\n
