I just realized that one of my employees has a voice that sounds on the phone (which is how we communicate 9 out of 10 times) exactly like a particularly obnoxious and irritating individual that I butted heads with several times whilst in college. They also share the same first name. And I now understand why I always am surprised on those occasions when we get together in person because I vaguely “remember” the person looking “different.”<\/p>\n
