The Supreme Court has dismissed the Pledge of Allegience<\/a> suit by deciding that the gent who brought it on behalf of his daughter doesn’t have proper standing.<\/p>\n

Regardless of whether this was ducking the issue, or a reasonable desire to wait until a better, more ruling-worthy case comes along (or both), everyone pretty much agrees that this isn’t the end of debate over the issue of “Under God” in the Pledge.<\/p>\n
