Some fellow self-named “Bob” has been having a merry time spamming both my and Doyce’s wikis over the last couple of days. If there was one upside to the recent DOS attacks on HostingMatters<\/a>, it was that it inconvenienced Bob, too.<\/p>\n

I probably need to just go in and edit-protect most of the Wiki stuff I have out there anyway, since (with a couple of exceptions) it’s not so much intended for multiple user access. In the meantime, I’ve made use of the very convenient “Restore” functions in PmWiki, as well as the change tracking and RSS feeds I get.<\/p>\n

Bob is scum, like most of his ilk. Here’s hoping that something appropriately dreadful happens to him — as a learning <\/em>experience, of course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
