Those who follow the comments here will guess, correctly, it&#8217;s my post on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hill-kleerup.org\/blog\/2004\/10\/05\/get_out_the_vot.html\" target=\"_blank\">quality vs. quantity<\/a> in electoral participation (a false binary decision, to be sure, but I&#8217;d rather see more folks voting than fewer, even if the fewer are somehow deemed to be &#8220;better informed&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>For those RMBR followers visiting here for the first time, welcome.<\/p>\n<p>The RMBR sites tend conservative\/libertarian, distinctly more so than, I think, these here parts.
