This chain of e-mail messages<\/a> between a disgruntled Hotmail user and an array of Micro$oft CS reps and tech support folks demonstrates a number of things:<\/p>\n

  1. Micro$oft customer service and tech support sucks.\n
  2. The customer may always be right, but he may also be an overly sensitive jerk. Note that this doesn’t invalidate #1.\n
  3. Hotmail sucks.\n
  4. Know when to lay down your cards, leave the table, and go someplace where your blood pressure isn’t regularly spiking.<\/ol>\n
