As a general note, I always thought, growing up, that Mystery Date<\/a> looked like the coolest game going. Don’t ask me why — maybe the “This Game Is For Girls, Not You” mystique of it. But I had that song<\/a> (or a later, truncated version of it) memorized. <\/p>\n

The basic concept of it is, in these more enlightened times, appalling (or, PC-wise, oughta be). But there’s still a sort of cultural-history fascination to it.<\/p>\n
