A paean to the AT&T logo<\/a>, which will vanish when SBC assumes the name but paints a new picture<\/a>.<\/p>\n

AT&T’s globe logo<\/a> — and it’s stylized bell logo<\/a> before that (outlawed by the Justice Dept. during the Great Divestiture in 1982) have both been incredible corporate icons, and both were designed by the legendary Saul Bass<\/a>. Can the “new” AT&T’s logo possibly live up to that?<\/p>\n
