A Florida Appeals Court has upheld a 2003 ruling<\/a> that Sultana Freeman<\/a> cannot use a veiled photo for her drivers license<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As the picture shows, it doesn’t serve as much of a photo ID.<\/p>\n
